最新退改政策(2020.03.20更新)

03.20更新,
(全球政策,4月30之前入住,能改期到2021.04.30。重点:只能改期,没说能退。)
Global Policy for Existing reservations for upcoming travel through April 30, 2020:
• Guests who booked a non-flexible rate with Accor, may modify their reservation for future travel through April 30, 2021 without penalty by contacting the hotel directly. For a list of hotels, please refer to https://all.accor.com/gb/world/hotels-accor-monde.shtml Note: changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences
In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, the following applies:
For hotels in Europe and the United Kin**om:
(欧洲和英国的酒店,3月17 - 4月1号之间入住的,可以免费退款)
• Guests who booked a non-flexible rate with Accor for travel between March 17, 2020 and April 1, 2020, may cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty.
For hotels in Australia, Cambodia, Greater China (including mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, China), Fiji, French Polynesia, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, The Philippines and Vietnam:
(澳洲,柬埔寨,中国,港澳台,fiji, french polynesia, 印度,马来西亚,新西兰,韩国,新加坡,菲律宾,越南,这几个国家4月30号前入住的可以免费退款)
• Guests scheduled to arrive prior to April 30, 2020 may cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty.
For hotel in the Middle East and Africa:
中东和非洲国家,4月30号之前入住的可以免费退款
• Guests scheduled to arrive prior to April 30, 2020 may cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty.
For guests who booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.
For guests who booked through:

We recommend that all travelers review guidance from the World Health Organization and follow any travel advice issued by their home countries.
The safety and well-being of our guests is a top priority for Accor and because changes are ongoing and unforeseeable due to COVID-19, we have implemented new cancellation/modification policies to provide our guests with increased flexibility.
以下是旧政策,我保留来做参考。
Global Policy:
Guests who booked a non-flexible rate with Accor prior to today and scheduled to arrive prior to 30 April 2020 may modify their reservation for future travel until 31 December 2020 without penalty by contacting the hotel directly. (全球政策,2020.03.14以前的预订的 + 4月30之前入住,能改期到2020年底。重点:只能改期,没说能退。)
以下是能退的情况,注意地点和日期。
Existing modification and cancellation waivers in place for specific regions due to Government restrictions:
往返中国大陆、港澳台和韩国,3月31号之前入住的都能改和退
Guests traveling TO or FROM Mainland China; Hong Kong SAR, China; Macau SAR, China; Taiwan, China; and South Korea until 31 March 2020 will be able to modify or cancel a valid booking;
意大利 4月3号前入住的订单能改和退
Guests traveling TO Italy until 3 April 2020 will be able to modify or cancel an existing reservation;
中东多国,4月22号前入住的订单能退改
Guests who booked and planned a stay between 10 March and 22 April 2002 TO UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA), may cancel or modify their stay until 30 September 2020 without penalty.
若不是通过官方渠道订,必须自行联络回旅行社或第三方平台。
For guests who booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.

原本是预计3月7号有一轮新活动的,但目前局势全球沦陷,都暂停了。
雅高现在已经面对大量旅客要求退改,再搞活动只能徒增工作量

去年订的新加坡酒店,发邮件问怎么处理,回复 是可以免费退或者 改期(在入住日期至一年内) 但不含限定日期;
然后又问了哪些是限定日期,只回复  public holidays ,供大家参考 ;
我们决定先退了。。
Due to the unforeseen coronavirus outbreak, we may allow cancellation free of charge. Otherwise, change of date is also a feasible option. As we may allow change of date valid within 1 year from the original date of your reservation at the same rate, however, block-out dates apply.

比如什么地方安全和稳定?
现在全球75%的地方都感染了,国外感染人数即将反超中国,之前靠禁中国旅客而稳定下来的地方,现在很不幸地也出现了第二波感染,那些感染都是来自日韩欧。
我个人看法,没有地方安全,出国任何地方回来怎样都得自行隔离。

这延期也要一年整啊,我们中国是法定假期多啊,固定的,我们年底怎么去啊,这比如今年端午的延期我真是见识了,还好没有太深入,交点学费换吧哎

这政策真的不如其他几家,雅高宣布了之后反而引起世界各地的会员在投诉,说不定压力大了过不了几天又会再改

我订的下月武吉美吉,不让退,只能延期,太坑了。

希尔顿、万豪、IHG新的退改政策出来了,所有4月30日前入住的订单都可免费退改。雅高这样太不厚道了。
