前几天visa双倍积分没有到账，找中文客服说要6-8周，昨天看到帖子找美国大妈成功解决，今天自己实测也是马上搞定。

没收到visa双倍可以试试。大家登上网页版，找到chat now入口，来一句

I have enrolled the 2019 Visa APAC Double Honors Points Promotion and I

sure pay with Visa platinum credit card，but I didn't received the 2019 Visa APAC double points after the stay which confirmation number is XXXXXXXXXX.

剩下交给客服～

I have enrolled the 2019 Visa APAC Double Honor points Promotion. But I didn't received the 2019 Visa APAC double points after I settled the bill with Visa Platinum card for my recent stay, of which the confirmation number is XXXXXXXXXX.
