回复一下大家。我的125K是在去年11月过期的，刚刚登录https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/my-account.html，online check申请延期成果，The 12500 miles will be restored to your account once you have contacted us again after the original miles expiry date. Once restored,  those miles will be valid until 31-05-2024。
