TK官网：The Miles refund fee for award/companion tickets and upgrades for which no discount coupons have been used is 50 TRY on flights in Turkey and 25 USD on international flights.
For no-shows (not taking the flight and not making a prior cancellation) and offloads (going through check-in but not taking the flight), the Miles refund fee is 100 TRY on flights in Turkey and 50 USD on international flights.
In addition to the fees indicated above, the change fees in award tickets issued at partner airlines may differ depending on the operating carrier’s rules and regulations.
