AC航班取消，改签航班后赔偿事宜咨询

春节期间去加拿大旅游，AC中文官网在线订票的，PVG-YVR（AC25）转YVR-YZF(AC8833)。那天到达温哥华YVR后才发现AC8833取消了，后到柜台免费改签了AC8841，导致最后到YZF比原计划晚了8个多小时。后面email加航客服，回复说AC8833取消属于安全原因不可控，所以不予赔偿。请问下有经验的TX这个还有继续申述的机会么？AC8833取消的截图

飞机维修是否属于航空公司定义的不可控呢？

一般不行（如果是航空公司原因会赔偿，不过他们可以定义原因），除非你有保险，可以获取延误赔偿

Bad weather, air traffic delays, and mechanical issues can be difficult to predict and sometimes outside of the control of the airline. With that said, passengers are not required to be compensated by the airline if your flight is delayed or canceled for these bad weather, air traffic delays, or mechanical issues.

If you find yourself with a delayed flight due to one of these reasons, ask the original airline if it will pay for a ticket on another airline. The DOT does not require the airline to offer compensation.

已经帮你免费改签了，很难再要赔偿了

申请赔偿估计难了，不过看航司，如果取消的那班有其他乘客去吵可能最后会补偿里程，我妈DL飞上海在俄国上空飞机上死了个人飞回安克雷奇，补了每人里程

关键是AC8833是取消而不是延误，交行白麒麟附带的延误险没法理赔航班取消。

也许会有一些少量的补偿囖
