hello there. I’m XXXX. Membership number XXXX. I’m a Titanium Elite from Shanghai,China, and I spent over 75 nights in Marriott Hotels last year(2019). Because of the coronavirus, the members from mainland China got the extension of their Elite membership. I thought I could get it because I’m a Chinese and living in Shanghai since I was born. BUT I found my address was set in mistake, it was in an Australia address. So unfortunately, I didn’t get the extension which I should get cause I cancelled all of my reservations this year and had to stay at my home. Could you please help to correct this mistake ?
