[已解决]阿姆斯特丹IC早餐问题

各位亲 新年快乐！ 小弟因为RA有送早餐，但有强调只送buffet,但东西非常少又有单点菜单，一份35欧起跳，第一天点了50欧的中式早餐试过味道后，今天只是去喝杯 茶看看风景就要离开了，但餐厅的员工前后问了3次有无要点热食，甚至还有一个男性黑人员工用很夸张的姿势加表情说：所以你们要点 nothing? 请问有住过的 大大是小弟太不识相不点东西只吃免费的错了吗⋯

你就说我们有免费早餐就好了。

15.  Royal Ambassador member benefits include:

a.  Guaranteed two category room upgrade, based on room type purchased, will be assigned. Click here for more information.

b.  Complimentary Club InterContinental lounge access

i.  Applicable only where the hotel has a dedicated Club InterContinental lounge

ii.  Valid for two people including the member, staying in the member's room only

对，buffet很少，因为你的buffet是免费送的，所以单点是另外算钱的，不用理会啦。如果入住含早餐，或者单独花39欧进去出，如果不单点，就是39欧，像你单点了50的中式早餐，那你可以免费吃buffet，最终签单就是按50的来算，小费看你给多少，最终早餐价格就是50+小费金额

我刚刚给你找了条款贴上来了，还不是continental bkft. 是free full bkft哦。

服务员再叽歪你直接喷他，直接投诉。

你没做错，另外，整个欧洲都无需付小费，切记，无论早中晚餐。。。

这家我留下印象最差的就是早餐的服务员，住客在吃饭，他们在旁边说话声音超大，在议论客服，我这次欧洲第一站就是ams的ic

不可以怼回去，what do you mean by nothing??! Am I not ordering my food now?? 跟前厅反应 I’m pressured to order extra food at breakfast, by one of your colleagues at the restaurant, and I find it very uncomfortable. You’re an intercontinental hotel and I am shocked to see such an unprofessional treatment.
