搜索了温哥华万豪酒店, 选定22号的Delta Vancouver Downtown Suite.
我给我父母和自己定了带厨房的家庭套房并写清楚3个人. 因为我想给我哥一家定个海景套房, 所以只能再定一件海景套房. 有了两间房的预订号.
几小时前刚收到Delta的信件, 本以为是和以往一样的欢迎信, 结果打开一看. 被内容震了一下. 万豪还有这种操作来对待客人的预订哦.

We noticed that there were 2 separate rooms booked for 1 nights each. Could you please confirm this as intentional? Please note that any reservations (including duplicate bookings) cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax. 这是怀疑我故意定两间房然后准备退掉房间搞强行升级吗?
To make your check-in experience more convenient for you, could we also ask that you provide us with the names of the guests going into the other room? If you are all arriving together, this can be added at check in.
