关于前段时间“至悦挑战”有效期延长问题之客服答复

  最近一段时间经常看到有人问有效期延长问题，众说纷纭。刚好关于这个问题，前段时间有联系过客服，本着飞客“Life is better when shared!”的精神，截取了部分聊天记录，大家可以参考下。（A代表我，B代表客服）

B:As per checking, your account was approved and upgraded to Spire Elite Status last July 12, 2019, and you have 90 days to complete 10 nights to get your Elite Status extended to Dec 31, 2020.

A:Yes.

A:I have completed a 10-night stay request last month, when my membership period has not been extended.

B:You will need to wait for the 90 days to end and wait for another 30 days for your Spire Elite Status to be extended for December 31, 2020.

B:It is system automated and a time-frame will follow.
