4. 最后附上一篇入住后写给酒店的complaint。Although my room was upgraded to Club Suite (Room# 2812) for being Platinum Premier Elite member, the stay experience was so bad that I could not believe this is one of the top tier hotels in Chen**u, especially compared with my stay at Canopy by Hilton Chen**u City Centre (in the following referred to as "Hilton Canopy"). Everything in the room was way too old and needs renovation. 1. There were two TVs in the room. However, both were very small (32 inch?) and old.. The TV screen resolution is blurry, not even close to 480p HD. There were not many entertainment options in the TV, either. In comparison, the TV in the room of Hilton Canopy was 55 inch big, and the screen was very clear (possible 1080p), and besides it offered many movies for free to watch. 2. The switch of the shower was loose and low quality. 3. Nightstand: No USB standalone outlet. I have to use my cellphone charger to charge my phone. The alarm clock box supports only iphone 4s or older iphones (which is at least more than 7 years old). 4. The ventilation system was very loud.5. No breakfast for Platinum Premier Elite member. This is understandable as Ritz usually does not offer breakfast for free. In comparison, Hilton Canopy offers free breakfast, although usually Canopy brand is not required in Hilton's loyalty program to offer free breakfast.6. The location is not as good as Hilton Canopy. You have to walk for 15 minutes beyond the closest subway station.
